The Old Boulangerie is a unique miniature bakery located in the heart of New York City with a French touch that mesmerizes people. The main goal of designing the bakery was to seamlessly integrate the old French baking traditions into the modern and progressive city of New York.
The design I came up with combines cleanliness and precision with dynamism and casualness: bringing together the seemingly incompatible. As a result, the bakery fits perfectly into the pace of life of a typical New Yorker.
